In the book industry, when bookstores and distributors return books, it is inevitable that some are damaged. Most of the time it’s just a bent corner or a bit of rubbing on the covers, but it means WSU Press can’t resell them to other bookstore customers. So what do we do? We collect them and have a damaged book sale—usually only once a year. This year, it’s on WSU’s Mom’s Weekend.

So come on out to our offices in the Cooper Publications Building on Grimes Way on Saturday between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm and discover captivating books on Pacific Northwest cooking, history, politics, and more. We have damaged copies of many of the books on our website. New books are 30% off, slightly damaged books are 50% to 70% off. Parking is close and free.
